Requirements:
- Prepare and stage sheet metal parts for powder coating (cleaning, masking, hanging)
- Operate electrostatic powder coating equipment for consistent film build
- Apply powder coatings per job specs, color codes, and finish requirements
- Cure parts in industrial ovens following specified temperatures and dwell times
- Inspect coating thickness, adhesion, and finish quality; perform touch-ups as needed
- Maintain spray booth, guns, and reclaim systems for optimal performance

Pay: $17hr
Shift: 5am – 2:30pm
