Time Sheet / Pay Checks

  1. You must have your signed timesheet turned in no later than Monday at 5:00PM following the week worked. Any time reported late will not be paid until the following pay period. Payday is Thursday. (Forging of a timesheet is a criminal offense and we will prosecute.)
  2. You will be subject to MINIMUM WAGE if you walk off a job.

Assignment Complete

  1. It is your responsibility to notify Staff Sense of your availability for work a minimum of 2 times per week.
  2. You must notify Staff Sense when you complete an assignment.
  3. Failure to do these two things will result in voluntary termination and may result in denial of any state unemployment benefits due you.

In Case of an Accident

  1. You must immediatley report any on-the-job injury to your supervisor and to Staff Sense.
  2. Drug testing is mandatory with every incident.
